When setting goals, make them simple and attainable. Often it is useful to write them down and even display it somewhere that you can read it everyday to keep you focused. Sharing your resolutions with loved ones who will support you is also useful. If you happen to stray off-track, be kind to yourself, remember why you are doing this, get back into it, and definitely don’t give up!
