Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Amazonia Raw Protein Pregnancy Plus Smooth Vanilla
- 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon bee pollen 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Optional: 1-2 tablespoons of honey to sweeten
How to prepare:
