Creamy Raspberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Amazonia Raw Protein Pregnancy Plus Smooth Vanilla
  • 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon bee pollen 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • Optional: 1-2 tablespoons of honey to sweeten

 

How to prepare:

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend till smooth and creamy texture. Spoon into a bowl and garnish with your choice of toppings. Serve immediately.
