Delivery and Returns
Amazonia will immediately replace or refund any broken, damaged or faulty items. We will require that you email us a photo any defective merchandise. We must be notified of any damage or errors with regards to your delivery within 7 days. 
Any other potential or specific issues can be discussed and resolved on a case-by-case basis. If you are unhappy with any products please contact our customer service team on [email protected] with your invoice number to resolve. 
Please note that we want all customers to be satisfied with their orders, however if you simply don't like the taste of something, give it to a friend who will, as we cannot refund for this reason.

NATIONAL SHIPPING
Amazonia service all locations in Spain. Orders from our website www.amazonia.organic are dispatched weekly – we aim to always offer prompt and timely service. Online orders can be paid for with credit card, Stripe or Paypal prior to dispatch.
Orders are freighted via Correos and delivered right to your door, so please make certain you provide your exact street address. Amazonia cannot be held responsible for deliveries when an incomplete or incorrect address is provided.

Timing to different locations will vary depending on location.

FROZEN GOODS
Deliveries for frozen goods are carried out by a registered freezer vehicle and it is important that you confirm to us by email the best day (business day) for your order to be delivered and confirm your mobile number. Unfortunately we can not provide a time of the delivery on this day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Amazonia offers International shipping to all countries in Europe and Middle East, excluding frozen products. International orders incur a freight charge dependant on the final destination. Please note that once the parcel is sent, Amazonia take no liability for lost, stolen or damaged products or if products are refused entry through customs of the nominated country if applicable. 
Amazonia are not able to ship frozen products internationally due the high chance the product will not arrive in good condition even if all steps are made on our end. All international customers who purchase our frozen products will automatically be refunded. If we have a local distributor an email will be sent to you advising of the local distributors’ details.
