Detox salad

Ingredientes:

  • 2 cups mixed lettuce,
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced,
  • 1/2 stick celery, sliced,
  • handful of sprouts,
  • 1/8 green apple, sliced,
  • 1/2 cup cooked quiona,
  • handful of parsley.

Directions

  • Combine salad ingredients in a bowl and top with protein. Mix together dressing and pour over.
Tips
  • Add a protein of your choice – boiled egg, salmon or lima beans. Dressing 1tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1tbsp flax oil, 1 tsp seed mustard, himalayan salt to taste.
