Ingredients:
- 1 packet Amazonia Tender Jack Smokey BBQ
- Wholemeal buns or bread of choice
- 3 lettuce leaves
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1 piece red pepper
- 1 piece of yellow pepper
- Vegan Mayonnaise
- 1 sweet potato
How to prepare:
- Cook Jackfruit as per instructions on package. Remove and set aside. Sweet potato
wedges. - Season with salt, pepper and herbs if desired.
- Bake in oven for 180C for approximately 40 minutes or until cooked through
assembly. - Heat up buns
- Layer with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, Tender Jack and avocado
- Layer with sauce, and bun top to serve. Enjoy with baked sweet potato wedges!
