  • 2 heaped tablespoons (30-40g)
  • Raw slim & tone protein
  • 250-450ml spring water,
  • coconut water or unsweetened non-dairy milk (almond, coconut, quinoa, oat, rice)
  • 1 teaspoon Raw pre-probiotics (optional but recommended)


  • Add ingredients to your shaker or blender and combine into a delicious breakfast beverage.
  • Handful of low-sugar fruit such as blueberries or raspberries (optional)
