Greens Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp. Amazonia Raw Prebiotic Greens
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¹/₄ cup chia seeds
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a jar. Put on the lid and shake well. Let the pudding sit for at least 10 minutes. Toppings Serve with fresh fruit.

Vitamin C Bliss Balls

Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp. Amazonia Prebiotic Vitamin C powder
  • 1 cup roasted almonds
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. sweetener of choice, maple syrup (optional)
Directions:

Add almonds and oats to blender, blend until fine. Add remaining ingredients and blend into a dough. Roll tablespoonfuls of the dough into balls. Eat immediately or store in the fridge.

Probiotic Peanut Butter Bites

Ingredients:
  • 1 serve Amazonia Raw Pre-probiotic
  • ¹/₃ cup raw cashews
  • ¹/₂ cup organic peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp. cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • Dust balls in cacao powder or chia seeds (optional)
Directions:

Combine ingredients in a food processor then shape into balls. Roll balls in cacao or chia seeds if desired. Place in fridge until firm.

Snickers Protein Balls

Ingredients:
  • 1 serve Amazonia Raw Prebiotic Men's Multi
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. cacao powder
  • ¹/₂ cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • ¹/₂ cup medjool dates
Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend. Roll mixture into balls, roll in desiccated coconut. Place in fridge.

Açaí Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
  • 1 serve Amazonia Organic Freeze Dried Açaí Powder
  • ¹/₂ cup chia seeds
  • 1 ¹/₂ cups coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp. sweetener of choice
Directions:

Mix chia seeds, coconut milk and sweetener together in a bowl, then divide into two equal portions. In first portion, add Açaí Powder and mix well. In second portion, add vanilla essence. Place both portions in fridge to set. Once set, layer into a glass. Toppings Garnish with fresh fruit such as blueberries and coconut yoghurt.
