Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado,
- tomato slices,
- 3 tbsp sauerkraut.
- Handful sunflower sprouts.
- 1 tsp miso paste.
Directions
- Spread miso and avocado evenly onto green wraps and fill with remaining ingredients. Roll up and eat.
Tips
- Add protein of choice – tempe, hummus, chicken or beef.
