Super green wraps


  • 1/2 avocado,
  • tomato slices,
  • 3 tbsp sauerkraut.
  • Handful sunflower sprouts.
  • 1 tsp miso paste.


  • Spread miso and avocado evenly onto green wraps and fill with remaining ingredients. Roll up and eat.
  • Add protein of choice – tempe, hummus, chicken or beef.
