Tender Jack Temaki


  • 250g of sushi rice
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 avocado
  • 275ml of water (for rice)
  • 60ml rice vinegar
  • 10g salt
  • 1 pack of Tender Jack Original
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 50ml of tamari
  • Wasabi paste to taste
  • 1 chopped chive leaf
  • 5 nori seaweed sheets
  • Sesame seed


How to prepare:

  1. Wash the sushi rice in cold water until clean.
  2. Cook the rice with water over medium heat until it is completely absorbed.
  3. Once cooled slightly, add the rice vinegar and salt.
  4. With a peeler, make small slices with the carrot and cut the avocado into pieces, add a few drops of lemon to the avocado to prevent it from turning brown.
  5. Mix in a bowl, the carrots, the avocado little pieces together with the Tender Jack in order to prepare the cones.
  6. Mix the ingredients, and with nori seaweed form a cone and fill with the mixture.
  7. Serve immediately, you can use sesame seeds, seaweed to decorate (optional).
