Wrap Smokey BBQ with Aguacate


  • 100 g iceberg lettuce, sliced
  • 1 packet Amazonia Tender Jack Smokey BBQ
  • 6 gluten free tortillas
  • Red pepper
  • 1 spring onion
  • Avocado
  • ½ lemon

How to prepare:

  1. Chop the chives, red pepper and lettuce. Reserve.
  2. Cook Jackfruit according to package instructions. Reserve.
  3. Distribute the sauce that we have previously reserved on the gluten-free tortillas.
  4. Spread the Tender Jack over the tortillas, roll them up and wrap them separately in
    aluminum foil.
  5. Cut wraps in half diagonally and serve.
